- Limit negative influences—energy drainers kill motivation. Avoid listening to those who are always negative even in times of challenges. Always be with people who tell or encourage you that you can do it. Their words of affirmation will aid your success.

- Start your day with a morning routine that sets the tone (workout, reading, affirmations, etc.).
- Use the 5-second rule – Don’t overthink, just start! Count down from 5 and take action.
